Keep your SMS text and E-Mail notifications turned on as this is how we notify you of updates to your reservations and send direction communication from our staff to you when your dog is staying with us.

If you would like individual daily updates about your dog during their stay, a Daily Report Card is available as an add-on amenity and will be provided by the team caring for your dog as frequently as you like.
Please note that we do our very best to provide amazing photo updates on social media. Unfortunately not all staff are as experienced in photography as others, also photos, videos, and updates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by staffing priorities, technology, or connectivity. Your dog’s care and safety always come first.
Training Class & Training Session Photos & Information
We post photos from all of our sessions and classes. Be sure to check out our photos and follow along with your dog's training progress.
If a class should be cancelled due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances we will post this information on Facebook, and do our best to message you directly using the app. Please ensure you keep your notifications from our app turned on.

Tours are complimentary and may be scheduled on their own or in conjunction with a booked service. You are welcome to bring your dog or visit without them. Receive a complimentary slumber bag with any tour.
To book a tour, create your account and then click on daycare at your preferred facility and follow the prompts for Tours.
Unscheduled walk-ins and drop-in tours are not recommended. To ensure staff are available to provide last minute tours, please call before arriving.
