Paddle Boarding
Dock diving practice

Private sessions are required for Air Retrieve and Hydrodash use at our Fort Lupton campus. Group pool rentals may be available for meetups or events with advance approval.

Hudson/Brighton Pool: Seasonal April-October, Solar heated 48' outdoor with regulation dock and ramp

Fort Lupton/Firestone: 50' Indoor climate controlled, regulation pool and dock, ramp with air retrieve and hydrodash rig.

Both pools have doggie life vests available and paddle boards.

🎯 Independent Practice & Ring Rentals

For experienced handlers who know what they’re doing

These rentals are ideal for individuals or small groups who want access to professional-grade spaces to train or practice independently.

Examples include:

Obedience & Rally, Scentwork, Conformation, Jr Handling, 4-H practice
Competition run-throughs - We recommend booking a session if you want a pretend judge to assess your run through, time you, film, etc.
Agility practice (indoor & outdoor courses)
Barn Hunt practice

Independent rentals are best suited for handlers with prior experience. Those new to a sport or seeking instruction are encouraged to book a private session.

Purpose Built Facilities

Our Hudson location offers:

Full kitchen
Small climate controlled training room
Indoor arena with sand footing, insulated with some heating or fans for air circulation
Turf field 100'x100'
Outdoor 48' seasonal pool with regulation dock
Multiple fenced pastures approximately 2.5 acres each
Large open hay field
Pipe fenced arena
50x70 indoor agility course on sand footing
Regulation size barn hunt course and rats
Show fence that can be setup regulation ring size for practice with regulation obedience or rally jumps, AKC & ASCA rally signs, AKC Agility ACT courses, regulation agility equipment.

Our Fort Lupton location offers:

50' indoor climate controlled pool with regulation dock, paddle boards, life vests
Indoor agility training space 50x50 with rubber matting
Indoor regulation barn hunt course with rats
Outdoor agility with pea gravel fully fenced
Outdoor training yards in a variety of sizing with turf and pea gravel
Show jumps for Rally-O and obedience, AKC Rally-O signs, regulation agility equipment

Rent Our Spaces

If you’re looking for dog-friendly spaces to train, practice, or simply enjoy time with your dog, you’ve found Colorado’s largest dog training facility. With two locations spanning more than 50 acres, K9cation offers climate-controlled, matted indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support everything from focused training sessions to casual fun. Whether you’re planning a special event, a dog-and-handler practice session, a one-on-one “doggie date,” or a small meetup, our spaces are available to rent for 30 minutes, an hour, or longer. You’re welcome to invite additional dogs, and while pricing is quoted for one dog, it’s typically just $5 more per additional dog, making it easy to share the experience.
