K9cation Fort Lupton/Firestone
K9cation Fort Lupton represents the next chapter of our journey, a place born from growth, vision, and the desire to offer more options for our expanding K9cation family. Opened in 2024, this second location allows us to continue doing what we love while thoughtfully scaling our services to meet the needs of more dogs and families.

Set on 6 acres, Fort Lupton offers many of the same trusted K9cation experiences as our original Hudson location, while continuing to evolve as we build it out. The facility was originally constructed in 2020 as a traditional dog kennel, and since taking it over, we’ve been carefully remodeling and reimagining the space to reflect the K9cation philosophy, replacing rows of kennels with glass-front suites, creating a more open, homestyle feel, and prioritizing comfort, visibility, and calm.  

This location features Courtyard Oasis suites, multiple private play yards, and expanded turf areas, making it an excellent choice for dogs who thrive with acres of outdoor play yards, also offering extra large outdoor yards for individual play, quieter routines, or time spent exclusively with their family group. Inside, campers enjoy climate-controlled play spaces, barn hunt enrichment, and a 50-foot heated indoor pool, offering year-round options for movement, confidence-building, and fun.  Offering countryside walks, utv experiences, indoor and outdoor agility and more!

K9cation Fort Lupton continues to grow with intention, blending the foundation of our first location with new opportunities and amenities, all guided by the same values, care standards, and hands-on ownership that define the K9cation experience.
