Private Training Sessions
Real-life help. Real results. Real fast. 🐾
If your dog is struggling (or you are), private sessions are the quickest way to get unstuck. We’ll figure out what’s driving the behavior, build a plan that fits your life, and help you see progress you can actually feel.
What Private Sessions Are For
Calmer walks. Safer homes. Clear steps. Less chaos. More wagging. 🐾
Private sessions are ideal if your dog:
-
Leash reactivity (barking/lunging at dogs or people)
-
Aggression concerns or bite-risk behaviors
-
Jumping, mouthing, “my dog is a chaos goblin”
-
Anxiety, fear, confidence-building
-
Puppy foundations (start it right, avoid the mess)
-
Real-life manners: guests, kids, patios, calm in public
-
Off-leash reliability and recall
-
Knows cues but ignores them
-
Loses focus easily
-
Acts on impulse (chasing, reacting, blowing off recall)
-
Struggles to respond once distractions appear
-
Feels “out of control” despite previous training
-
Puppy biting, potty training, crate, chewing, destruction
-
Embarrassing public incidents & out of control behaviors
These sessions are not about drilling commands.
They are about teaching dogs how to think under pressure. And most importantly in these sessions we work with dog owners and members in the family to help you communicate consistently and effectively with your dog to gain desirable outcomes. Basically, while we train your dog, we're ensuring you have the tools and handling skills to be confident in gaining focus and reliability from your dog.
Our Trainning Approach
Dogs are instinctual by nature.
Training builds the ability to override instinct with learned responses.
In private sessions, we focus on:
-
Building strong engagement between dog and handler
-
Teaching impulse control and delayed response
-
Developing work ethic and follow-through
-
Making training reliable in real-world situations
This work creates dogs who don’t just know cues
they choose to respond when it matters.
What You Get In A Private Session
You’re not paying for “training.” You’re paying for a plan, a coach, and peace of mind.
In your first session we’ll focus on:
-
What’s really happening (the why behind the behavior)
-
What to do right now (management + safety steps that stop things from getting worse)
-
A simple weekly plan (short daily practice, not a 2-hour homework nightmare)
You’ll leave with clear next steps and a roadmap that makes sense.
Who Private Sessions Are For
Private sessions are best if you want:
-
A customized plan for your dog and your household
-
Faster progress than “try a few tips and hope”
-
Help with big feelings: fear, overwhelm, frustration (yours or your dog’s)
-
A safe way to work on challenging behaviors
Whether your dog is brand new, fully grown, or already has some spicy opinions, we start where your dog can succeed.
What Results Can Look Like
Every dog is different, but common wins include:
-
calmer walks and fewer blow-ups
-
better focus around distractions
-
safer guest arrivals and calmer greetings
-
less jumping/mouthing and more “settle”
-
increased confidence in nervous dogs
-
a clearer, happier relationship between you and your dog
Small steps, real progress, waggy outcomes.
