These Terms do not govern dog care, training, boarding, daycare, grooming, events, or other services. All services are governed exclusively by K9cation’s Master Client Agreement and related service-specific policies, which must be signed prior to receiving services.

This website provides general information about K9cation and access to account creation, scheduling platforms, and related tools for requesting services. Use of this website does not guarantee availability of services or eligibility for participation.

Acceptance of Website Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they relate to website use only.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website.

Client Accounts & Service Agreements

Client accounts, reservations, and services are governed by K9cation’s Master Client Agreement and applicable service policies, not by these website Terms.

To receive services, clients are required to:

• Create an account in K9cation’s designated platform

• Sign all required Client Agreements prior to service

The Master Client Agreement governs, without limitation:
dog care, training, liability, assumption of risk, health requirements, behavior standards, payments, cancellations, disputes, and arbitration.

In the event of any conflict, the signed Client Agreement and posted service policies control.

These policies are incorporated by reference where applicable. If any inconsistency exists, the Client Agreement and service policies govern.

K9cation is not liable for website interruptions or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes related to services are subject to arbitration as set forth in the Master Client Agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

K9cation may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
