K9cation offers professional-grade facilities available for seminars, workshops, club events, and approved instructional use. Designed by lifelong dog professionals, our spaces provide a unique opportunity for organizations, trainers, and clubs seeking a well-maintained, purpose-built environment to host high-quality events.
Our campuses combine expansive outdoor space with climate-controlled indoor areas, allowing for flexible setup across a wide range of dog sports and educational formats.

Our Hudson location offers:

Indoor arena with sand footing, insulated with some heating or fans for air circulation
Turf field 100'x100'
Outdoor 48' seasonal pool with regulation dock
Multiple fenced pastures approximately 2.5 acres each
Large open hay field
Pipe fenced arena
50x70 indoor agility course on sand footing
Regulation size barn hunt course and rats
Show fence that can be setup regulation ring size for practice with regulation obedience or rally jumps, AKC & ASCA rally signs, AKC Agility ACT courses, regulation agility equipment.
Instructor & Organization Use
Outside instructors, clubs, and organizations may request facility use for teaching or hosting events. All instructional use requires advance approval and coordination to ensure:

K9cation reserves the right to limit or deny requests based on space, scheduling, staffing, or event scope.
